Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print, NFT or AI, under any circumstances.You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.All unless you have my express written permission and have paid for the rights to do so.Commissions are for personal use only. REPOST PERMISSIONSYou may only repost my art on social media after you've obtained written permission from me.Otherwise sharing the work is permitted as long as credit is given to @Akiras.Key· · ─────── ·𖥸· ─────── · ·REFUND POLICYIf the piece has been partially completed, you are eligible for a refund for the portion not completed.If your piece has not been started within the given timeframe, you are eligible for a partial or on some cases, full refund.Refund percent is determined by how much work has been completed.I will not give refunds for downgrades in difficulty of the piece.· · ─────── ·𖥸· ─────── · ·PAYMENTPrice Quotes are free and will expire after a month.Payment is made via PayPal. An invoice will be sent by me underneath business and services.If not invoiced, the client is required to send it underneath friends and family without their address mentioned.A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working.Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working.Payment is due upfront; I will not work for exposure and will not start until payment is received.You must use your own PayPal account. If you must use someone else’s account, such as parent’s for individuals 17 and under, I must receive written permission from the owner.If you do not pay the invoice within 72 hours, without any update, I may drop your order.Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees depending on the schedule. This fee can range from 25-50%.· · ─────── ·𖥸· ─────── · ·PROCESSYou can request modifications at any time before I start working on the piece.You may upgrade or include additional add ons simply by paying the difference.I will not provide refunds for downgrades.Once work has begun some changes become much more difficult to make.I’m willing to make minor modifications within reason. At the line art phase only small revisions will be accepted without charge. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission entirely.Please allow me about 2-3 weeks to work before inquiring about status at any point in the project. Projects can take up to or more than 5 months to complete.
